For hearing aids that have a t-coil but no DAI compatibility, an alternative coupling for the ELI module is available.  For this type of aid, the ELI module attaches to a custom induction cord via a specialized connector.  The cellular signal from your Bluetooth® - equipped cellular phone is transmitted to the ELI module which is connected to a port at the end of the Neckloop. ELI then transfers the audio from the phone to the neck loop, which in turn conveys the sound to a t-coil equipped hearing aid. The ELI device can also be used for other Bluetooth® - enabled products such as TVs, MP3 players and more.
